B-Complex liquid offers a comprehensive blend of B vitamins packed into a convenient liquid delivery form, designed to support overall health. The B vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, pantothenic acid, and vitamins B6 and B12 play important roles in nearly all of the physiological systems in the body. They are essential to basal mitochondrial function as metabolic coenzymes, playing a key role in energy production and nutrient metabolism. B vitamins also act as methyl donors in a variety of key biochemical reactions. Riboflavin has additional roles in helping to maintain healthy mucous membranes, normal iron metabolism and normal red blood cells, while vitamins B₆ and B₁₂ support red blood cell formation.
